My name is Matt. I live and work in Twin Cities area. I am a servant to my neighbor by nature and will do all I can to move the world for you. I am a teacher and a friend to hundreds of students in Twin Cities. Teaching mostly at community colleges like Normandale and St Paul College. I have found myself at Dunwoody teaching math and physics.
I started my journey in real estate when I bought a rental with my friend while he was adopting his children from Uganda. He needed a house to put on his adoption application. Turns out my neighbor next door was going to sell and so he and I bought it off market, so he could have it as a permanent address. I then bought a second rental a year and a half later. Then did a flip 2.5 years after that. I have enjoyed my projects and gotten to grow in my experience and expertise over the years.
I now help about 1 person a month sell their house quickly. Typically 5-14 days is the fastest depending on the situation. I also offer to sell some of these houses with seller financing.
